After getting windshield deep in water, at Tahuya with @NorthwestCruiser, my truck never sounded the same. Someone on here mentioned it could be dirt particles in some pulley bearings, and while not an immediate issue, they'll fail eventually. Well today was the day. Even @AWilson013 mentioned something about my truck sounding off this past winter on a snow run.

Anyways, huge sigh of relief, can't wait for the rally this weekend!

It was solely for the lack of plate.

    Are floor mats a mod?
What are we looking at? Did your winch come adrift? Is that why there is a clean spot on the upper bracket?

Still pretty new to the territory and I've already spotted a few tacos on the road who waved at me but hoping to make some new wheeling friends out in these parts.

Anybody have a welder in the Enumclaw area? I'm only a few miles away from XO fab, but was hoping not to have to waste their time with something this small. It doesn't have to look pretty. I am looking to get some nuts tacked to some plate. Basically a nut where each bolt is. 16 nuts tacked. Will pay cash, beers etc.

Tried to dispose of the GX today, but she lives to see another day.

We came up on slow traffic near MP 72 on I-5 North and a newer Tundra rear-ended a Sienna, not hitting the brakes until they were already nearly on top of the van. I saw it coming and had let off the gas and moved onto the shoulder, but when the Tundra struck, the Sienna spun 90* and was coming right for me so I hopped off of the pavement and into the ditch at ~60mph. Got a little bumpy for a second, but never felt out of control at all, even with the tent on top. (Friends don't let friends buy crappy suspension) Everything feels fine, but I am going to get an alignment tomorrow just in case.

We stopped, called 911, and made sure everyone was okay. Of course the Sienna was a family of 7 with 4 young kids in the back and a baby. The kids all seemed fine but the baby was screaming it's head off- hopefully just scared. I think Emily was more shaken up than the kids.

Luckily my only battle scar is a bunch of dried weeds/grass hanging from the undercarriage.
