I'm definitely down for a meet up or trail run at some point, I'm in Missoula but willing to do a decent amount of driving.

    I'll be in Ennis...

    ...in October. :(

... and only for a week or so. :annoyed:

Someday that perfect engineering job and a perfect house listing in the same area will appear in MT for me.

Planning my Oct 2018 trip now.
Looks like i'll have to find some of these beers to try out.

And maybe get permission to park at & walk through property to where i can wade into some good fishing spots out away from more public areas.

Had huge expedition unknown decals and a custom rear bumper. Looked really cool. I went out for a drive to Morony Dam since we've had all this rain. It was flowing!!

    "mechanical" per my diploma.
Have had titles like R&D, product development, process development, manufacturing, etc.
Most of my history is product & process design & optimization for medical device. Did some similar stuff with heavy equipment years ago.

Looks like I may be spending the weekend out on the boulder. Near the natural bridge.. never been out there but I’m planning on stopping at big beaver I think it’s called. Anyone is welcome to join. May do some more exploring or even go past the camp ground too stay the night weather permitting.

big beaver camp sucks. too close to the road. you'll be eating dust all weekend. try chippy park or hicks peak. there's a couple dispersed sites around mile 6, 8.25 and 8.5 that are back from the road a bit and near the river. gotta get there early though, tends to fill up fast on the weekends. and if you make it all the way to the end of the "maintained" portion of the road let me know, got a customer who expects us to haul some stone countertops up there. not sure they'll survive the journey.

and say hi to deputy Tom from Big Timber if he's on patrol out there :D ...he drives a 1st gen while off duty

I haven't been there in years... I know there's a big trailhead/camping area near the interstate for folks with bigger toy hauler type RV's. There's camping around Delmoe Lake but you'll likely have a teenage kegger for neighbors. Wouldn't want to guess what dispersed camping is available up there

Never worked with stone. Also never done an industrial router or saw but CNC is CNC. If you have CAM, super easy. Not a fan of programming though honestly. Had enough of g-code earlier in career setting up turret presses and laser cutting workcells. Programming is intern work. LOL.
