Do you happen to know if there’s any difference between 4WD and 2wd other than that? I found one in a 2wd. I know the diff is what I need but I don’t know if the housing is any weaker. Such a PITA dealing with these rear axles and trying to find one. Lol

T100 2wd and 4x4 are both 6 lug and the same diff. The only difference is the spring perches and e brake cables. I prefer the 2wd brake cables actually because they can still work with long travel because they don't have the cable that goes drum to drum

Speaking of axles. Anybody have any leads on a 5.7l tundra axle?

This was six lug :D I'm not even bothering with 5 lugs.

I did some more research that kind of steered me away from the T-100 so I'll stick with the Tundra. Now I just have to figure out if it matters if the housing is ABS or non-ABS or if it matters. I know I can block off the ABS spots but with my Tacoma axle, since it has an ABS housing it also necks down on the end. Not sure if one is stronger than the other or if one type has more parts available for it. Any input would be appreciated since I haven't come across much information about it either way.

My tundra axle has the abs block. Doesn’t do anything or add any strength. Only difference my axle is 68” wide.

I don't have ABS currently, just that weird thing that Toyota did by putting ABS housings and axle shafts on Tacoma's and just putting on block off plates. :D But I don't want or need ABS.

    Thanks

Been lurking this thread for way too long, finally bit the bullet and picked up a TC +2" 4WD Kit.

Photo is the night before my legit alignment.

Thanks man! Still cant get my Camber and Caster dialed in 100% after 2 alignments. Going to replace rack bushings soon and tweak a few other small things.

Upper link mocked up.... very little driveline plunge, 50% antisquat, bumps at 14" (jackstands are ridehieght basically) with 4" clearance from bottom framerail to ground...oh and it will fit 37's no problemo

Nah I checked....its close tho...the links kick out as they go to the axle some too(fights against link steer)...and if there was that much side to side action goin on....my shit ain't setup right lol. Swaybar too limits the flex factor too
