Mine were all worn out after 2500 hard miles so I ripped them off this past weekend. Anyone having luck selling stock OR suspension? I figure it's worth a shot, just not sure if I can expect to sell it.

So to be clear, you're trying to sell worn out suspension components?

    ^that

In addition, I’ve had my non-worn-out components with only 1000 miles up on Craigslist for two weeks now without a single response. I live in a pretty remote area though, so I’m not too surprised by it.

So I'm sure you meant your shocks faded from overuse and you upgraded. I suggest you keep your stocks to throw on there when you send your new ones to get refurbished.

I was joking... I just put a lift on and everything is essentially brand new. Just wondering if anyone is having luck selling theirs.

Why would someone buy a used third gen stock suspension?

Dunno. Seen a lot posted in the market place and on CL so was wondering if anyone had been successful.

Yeah I always see it and ask myself the question. I can't think of any reason. The trucks are "new" so suspension should be okay for a while.
I don't know of any vehicle that could do a "upgrade" or "swap".
    Summary:
    Hard to sell.

When I finally upgraded I thought about trying to do that, sat on Craigslist at 30$ for 2 months before I “gifted” them to the local auto wrecking yard.

I've sold some of my used stuff to Toy Connection in Santa Clara. non-scoop hood, headrests, stock exhaust, that bag of tools for changing a tire, etc

All the shit that I didn't want and was a hassle to sell online. Be prepared to get pennies to the dollar.

Why would you sell “worn out” suspension components?

Or are we just making none sense excuses to get a lift kit?

Nothing wrong with that but I wouldn’t say that in your ad lol

Yep they sell all over Texas all the time. The 3rd gen OR coilovers lift a 2nd gen 1.5-2 inches. I bought mine with 10k miles on them from a member and sold my stock base prerunner coilovers on OfferUp about a week later. So yes there is a benefit and yes they sell.
