Meh, possibly. Never had an issue with mine up to 100k miles. My mom and wife have the same setup and no issues with any of them so far :notsure:
I think I yanked mine from the F150 because it fit the generator fill perfectly. :anonymous:

Could be the auto start/stop. Mine very rarely does anything so it doesn't bother me. On my 25 mile commute, I don't really have any stops.

I learned the first time that the "wait 5 seconds" is important. Got about a half cup of gas running down the side of the bed when I didn't do that the first time. Otherwise, I like it.

I hate the back ends. It's like the design team had instructions to make sure people couldn't mistake it for another manufacturer's truck and their solution was the enormous letters. They look ridiculous, although it looks like they did tone them down somewhat for 2019.

Oh that's funny, that's how I feel about the old style, the new ones are such an improvement IMO but I may feel different when I see it in real life.

Yep, my truck came with a funnel in the glove compartment. I was like "WTF is thing for?" Then I ran out of gas while pulling my sled trailer in Millinocket ME. Lucky for me I carry spare fuel tanks on the sleds so I started pouring it in and I'd say out of the 3.3 gal in the can maybe 2 gallons got in the truck. A few weeks later it dawned on me what that funnel in the glove was for.

Oh come on, it's the first time I've had to fill a vehicle with a gas can in like 20 years and at least 5 vehicles. I'll make sure that never happens again.

Yeah but I’m just thinking of last may when I went to Moab and had to use my jerry can a few times on the trip due to not wanting to run back to the gas station in between trails and that would of sucked I already hate the stupid safety spouts I always have to disable

Just went over to field and forest for the day. We did all the greens and blues. The morning was great but the afternoon was raining and made everything a lot harder.

Haven't been to Millinocket in a couple years. Baxter State Park is probably my favorite place in the world, but boy is that town depressing.

Old mill towns are like that, until gentrification starts. In the case of Millinocket, that will likely be a few decades, if ever, because of the remote location.

Yeah, a few years ago it wasn't as bad, but I think the other paper mill had closed since so it's worse now. Penobscot Ave looked like it was probably booming at one time. As of my last visit, there were very few storefronts that weren't empty or boarded up there.

House prices are super cheap, though. Something like this would probably list at $150-$160 here: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/...inocket-ME-04462/85003533_zpid/?fullpage=true

My buddy has cabins down the jo-mary road. Been going there for 30 years. I remember meeting guys out riding there sleds after there shift ended at the millinocket paper mill. Gauntlet Falls rules...love tearing up the logging roads with my Tacoma.
