I haven’t. I’ve done minimal research on a system really.

I’m currently trying to figure out a solution for my rattling ass passenger seat.

Yeah i feel you on that. I got new tires and all but 1 has a single row of weights except my rear passenger which im pretty sure is causing vibrations @ ~70mph. Not sure if i remembered to pull the wheel key off the lug yesterday before i tested the brakes after changing them... maybe on a search party looking for my wheel key...

I need that so i can take the truck back to discount and have them remount that tire and re balance it.

Shake is so bad one of my ammo cans almost fell off the rail. one of the nuts backed all the way off and the other one was barely holding on.

This could also be due to warped rear rotors... Have not got around to look at them yet.

Are you wanting to replace your head unit?

In thinking about resetting my gains on my amp to run the doors at 100w RMS at Vol 30 if i can get my gains that high. I noticed that my HU starts to cut back on bass alot after around Volume 37 or 38. So to combat this im going to set them at a lower volume, i will let you know how this works out.

during this time i will also be adding some polyfil to insides of my enclosures to fool my subs into thinking there is a bit more air space, and i will be re mounting the enclosures to the rear wall/floor. Pretty sure the other screws have rattled out.

Here is a link to my audio build thread if anyone is curious...

here is a link to the speakers i run in my doors.

Nah I went through that whole phase, I like the way the stock radio looks. Which is strange because I pretty much wanna change the whole rest of the truck. I do wanna add one of those amps you suggested.

I’m even considering just replacing all the seats with a set of PRP daily drivers.

oh you want both? I think the alpine would be good for the doors, and i know that audio control amps run 300w rms. Probably a good combo if you are running a single sub.

So no sub then? I would go with the powerpack as its a little cheaper.

I may put a sub in one day but not currently. If I did I would probably only put an 8” in there. I mostly just want it to sound good I don’t wanna rattle bucket like I had back in high school
