    What's everyone's thoughts on plastidip?

Has anyone been able to make it look less flat & a little nicer looking? Like does the glossifier actually make it look like it decent?

    Baller status. :D
OK not really because there's way more expensive kit, but I am thrilled to have some really nice shocks that I got a good deal on.

They're in great shape, aside from the stickers are chewed to shit from the resi clamps. I may see about getting another set from Fox.

The other thing is I have no idea how many consecutive safety meetings were scheduled when they picked that length for the resi hose. It's way too short for frame mount, and resi clamps can only really hold them as you see them, which I reckon means you are running code-brown close to the axle on full compression.

How much am I gonna have to budget for different lines? I know they will have to be recharged & topped off, hopefully not too crazy a price to pay.

Oh also @wheeliest are those SDHQ weld on resi mounts just in their "fab parts" bins or is it something they sell an actual kit of?

    Ummm....stuff and more stuff
Toyota is just stupid at times.

    Back story

I have been fighting an issue where the AC lights will start blinking and it starts blowing hot air. If push the button off and then back on it resolves the issue. Finally today I was able to catch it in the act and take it to the dealer to test it. It usually happens if it sits out in the sun on hot days and then I start the truck up. It will start blinking within 30 seconds

They came back today and said this is related to an issue that was released to them last month where the air compressor will not kick on when the temperature is above 100. Guess it take 3 years or more to figure out bad design.

    Solution

Add a fan in front of the radiator to push more air over the compressor to keep it cooler. How is adding a fan to blow air on a truck with no power going to cool the compressor enough to keep it under a 100 when it starts up.

Got a feeling this is just going to be one of those issues that never go away. :frusty: :der: :censored:

Right on. It's a place I want to hit when we finally make the trek into CO. You and Lyd are going to have a good time based on your itinerary. Jelly.
