    Leafs springs that hold lots of weight and ride nice unloaded don't exist.

    I spec'd them for the Go Fast Camper I'm about to add. Lots of rake now, but it should be better once that's added. Still should have some rake, which I like.

    FWIW, @Reh5108 has +1,000 and 3" of lift on his rig, which is heavier than mine, and still has some rake. Looks perfect IMO.

    alot still need done
    mine ride rough but im thinking its the billies. my toytecs finally fell better. but i was on 600 springs with out a bumper for a year and a half lol. i need to finish my LT so i can get better shocks in the rear. not dising on billies to much but for my area wash board gravel the suck lol

    I have Billy’s also, rides great when I’m weighed down with coolers and gas or a full dog box, or four wheeler.


    1000+ might break your back if you daily it unloaded a lot.

    I spec'd my alcans at +500lbs with 3" lift. Very happy with them still. Great ride with some weight in the back and great flex too. I think this is the 3rd season on them. Still holding up. (pun intended)

    yea, i dont plan on removing my RTT, fridge, rear bumper w/ dual swing outs and spare tire, as well as the second spare from the bed. maybe i should go +800 for that load so when i have the full camp gear i'll be in a better spot. unless +1000 will be fine

    Lol yeah that'll do it.

    I was surprised at how much of a difference I felt in the rear going from 5100s to the RR 2.0 Icons...I was still on my 3 leaf AALs at the time and didn't think I would notice much but I really did.

    right now im working 60+ hours a week and made a promise to myself get the truck ready by next year and start enjoying the outdoors more. im also in the position at my job where i want, 2-3 years ago i saw all the builds on here and i barely could afford a 2.5" lift kit. it took me 3 months to save for the suspension i have right now. you dont need all the stuff im getting to do this, and i probably could just stay at MT and be happy with it. But i drove a LT chevy S-10 (2wd version) 4 months ago and loved how it handled so thats why im going LT plus i want to go on the baja course not the race lol.
