    Shop towls stay in the truck cuz if I leave them in the shop every one else uses them up and I have none for me and I pay for them

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Deavers tend to give off that vibe because most of their leaf packs are rated for very light loads which makes them nice and soft on an unloaded truck.

    Did an oil change today on the supercharger and replaced the worn out 2” snout pulley.
    30,000 miles on the pulley and it wore down from a 2” pulley to a 1.967 and slipping like crazy at boost.
    FYI check the wear on your supercharger pulley.

    Out of curiosty what does a slipping supercharger pulley feel like? Sudden loss/drop of boost?

    I need to change my sc oil too here pretty soon

    Yeah I got their expedition pack, they are holding up well. I just don’t know how good they do with custom orders, seems like most people get alcans

    Your boost peaks then goes down as your rpms are still going up.

    I can't make that commparison, I've never run Deavers so :notsure:

    I'll admit, I'm an Alcan fanboi. But its because they've worked well for me. This is my 2nd set. Monte is still running the first set on Igor.

    Also found Alcan very easy to work with. And they provided what they claimed they would.

    You can change one exploded balljoint, have your father tell you to change the other, boldly ignore that sage advice, then go wheeling and promptly require rescue because the other balljoint exploded and scattered your steering rack and tire


    But I hear there is more than one way to skin a cat these days so maybe just loosening all your lugnuts would work.
