They're certified for fitment. They'll come from Keystone unpainted, so again you may want to consult @mach1man001

They will rape you on shipping from rockauto, at least they did 3 years ago, and chances are you might end up with a dented tailgate from shipping

This guy just wants a functioning tailgate. He’s a lobsterman and really abuses and uses his truck. I’m sure he’d be willing to trade a hefty amount of Lobsters for anyone willing to find him a tailgate

That's the top of a trail called Heaven's Bench (there is a park bench behind the photographer) at Kingdom Trails in Burke, VT. We met on a mountain bike trip up there 12 years ago, it's also where we became romantically involved 6 years ago. It seemed appropriate. We're now talking about having the wedding up there too.

Let's assume halves (1.5-1.75lb) which are currently wholesale for $9.99/lb, we'll say each one is 1.5lbs, call it $10/lb and round the cost of the tailgate to $260 to make the math easier.

    $260/$10=26lbs of lobster
    26/1.5=17.333

So, ~17 lobsters for a tailgate.

@Sloth on the Spartan race registrations, what is the difference between registering for "early morning" and "age group"? Hudson Valley Tough Mudder just got cancelled so I'm going to get a refund and do the Spartan Super the week before on August 11th. Not sure what the difference is other than price.

Ago group is the new competitive. Basically they give you a sweet 80s style wrist sweat band that denotes you're in a competitive heat . All it really means is volunteers will keep an eye to make sure you're attempting obstacles (not just blowing by them) and doing all penalty burpees. The heats are also smaller than standard which is nice.

I'd never go back to open. Too many people just blatantly bypassing shit they don't want to do/ not doing penalty burpees. I'd recommend "age group"

Have fun. If be there except it's my sister in laws wedding... bleh

@Sloth I did some Spartans several years ago. I was never on a competitive level but like being challenged and doing it more than just a "fun run". If I were to ever do one again I would totally do the competitive or I guess "age group" because you are less likely to deal with getting bottlenecked at obstacles and the ground isn't chewed up as bad as it gets after hundreds of people have gone through it.
