Dang, congrats x2 and welcome to the forums!!!! Like the wheels, did you have the dealer swap those for you? I actually like it that they are not the black ones that most people opt for (when they get those rims).

Thank you! Yeah, I had the dealer put them on. He kept asking if I was sure I didn't want the black ones. I like them, but you lose the form of the wheel in all the black. I think the grey looks really awesome with the inferno!

Thank you! We are very excited!

Nice truck but that hood looks hideous. :puke:
You should let me come up there and swap my Inferno non-scooped with you - I'll even throw in the Redline lift struts that I have installed. :D

MAJOR congrats on your new baby. That is AWESOME!!! :)
Hope she and mom are doing well.

BTW - I'm rolling the same wheels, same color. Excellent choice.

I dig the gray wheels! I may start looking into those now instead of the black ones. There is such a thing as too many choices. There is just way too much sh** out there to put on my Taco that I somehow I need to prioritize and get some sort of order established. Otherwise I won't be able to pay my mortgage!

I’ve seen a lot more show up in Toyota lots in the PDX area. Cool, but not cool at the same time. It’s nice to be different than all the others on the road.

Those of you that used the touch up paint pen, did you have to also put on some clear coat? I'm more concerned about a potential start for rust rather than matching aesthetics.

got a small ding in my hood and along the back bottom edge of the drivers door where I can see silver.

I did not use clear coat however, that freaking pen sucks ass! I used the prep pad end thing and I think it took it down to bare metal whereas before I used it it was primer. Sucks! Ass! But I do feel better knowing it is there rather than nothing.

Even though you're not concerned with aesthetics I would dab on some clear coat just as an extra layer of protection for the paint.
    It certainly wouldn't hurt. :)
