It was around 185hp at the wheels at 5000ft elevation. The calculation to correct for altitude puts it around 225hp at the wheels.

I never dyno’d it stock but I found a sheet from a guy in Australia at the same altitude as me that was around 105hp at the wheels in the stock configuration. That’s where I get my estimated 80 wheel hp gain from.

When working on friend's cars, I've always sourced WG at the compressor housing for safety, and BOV at manifold.

Quite a bit. Notice the differences between the puddles around the bung and the flex coupling. Smooth versus rough. Good job mate.

    What is left
    1. hook up vacuum lines
    2. Run boost line from manifold to gauge
    3. Run AFR to gauge and WB1
    4. Install gauges on lotek
    5. Tune haltech and turn key!

I'm excited for ya, this is gonna be cool. Did you end up ordering the NTK sensor? Also maybe consider screen recording your laptop as you tune, it can be really helpful to others and yourself.

Good luck with the Lotek by the way, my gauge really didn't fit it well and I ended up snapping the thing over my knee in frustration

Check, double check, and triple check all of your set up menus in the Haltech software. IDK if your map comes with all that done or not, but many times with a stand-alone, a huge part of start up is just making sure all of your settings are correct.

If he uses @arcenik 's file, a lot will be setup. Which would save a good deal of headache.

It makes it so much easier when someone with a similar set up has already gone through that and figured out all those settings. IMO, that's the hardest part about using a standalone

What is your engine's base fuel pressure? Factory?

Maybe he means the stock FPR pressure? Manual says 37-45 if I recall correctly.

This. The oem pressure should be around 43.5 psi. With a boost reference, it will climb proportionately.

For setup, in the Haltech, you need to insert the base fuel pressure of the fuel system. Without vacuum on the FPR, it should again, be around 43.5 psi. That is one value of what the Haltech uses to calculate fueling.
