He was born November 20th, got him when he was 8weeks old. Only weighed 2.7lbs. That picture is when he was about 6 months

 

I love the pups!

 

Poor Baloo twisted his leg playing fetch today. He had to lay on top of me and get some loving.

 

Sorry to hear he got hurt. Hope he gets better soon.

 

Thanks, he is just fine. He did hurt himself more than normally though indoors. The thing is he likes to play fetch non stop 24/7. Outdoors it's chasing a frisbee but indoors he likes squeekies intended for our smaller dog and brings us two or three at a time.



He drops them next to you then runs to an open area hoping you will throw them for him.



Over and over again. Sometimes like today he gets too excited tracking them he hurts his leg on the carpet. today was worse than normal. He cried out and was limping bad. I told him to get on the couch and rest. He cried out again since he could not get up. I lifted him on the couch and he crawled into my lap in the earlier picture. An hour later he was trying to play fetch again but he was still limping and was sad that we would not let him. After a while he finally gave up and laid down. He is 8 months old so he doesn't yet know when to relax. I am sure he will be ready to play fetch again tomorrow.

 

Finished the ramp for the pups so they can get up and down to the back yard without using the stairs. I just need to convince them to actually use it. May have to make barriers that prevent them from using the stairs.
