I have one at my apt. it's just my storage space for tooks, yak, camping gear etc. I can't really do a lot of mods in the parking lot of the complex so gotta go to someones house.

Inam sure you will take care of that down the road! I am just lucky to have scored a house in our budget with a garage, and of course, i wouldn't get rid of it!

I am just looking for some decent vacant land I can build on first comes the shop then the house. The shop will have a loft me and the youngin will live in until I build the house. Going to do everything debt free paying cash.

Thats an awesome plan! Being dept free is a chance we all can't have, if you are able to, do it!
