    Couple footnotes: whatever you do, if you get a scangauge go ahead and get rid of the Bosch sensor that comes with it, or try to just get the gauge alone. The Bosch AFR sensors are horrible, either switch or get a Denso sensor. They are worth their weight in gold. Links to good suitable Denso replacements in the original post.

    Exhaust, get your y pipe modified at the very least. The biggest restriction in the exhaust is at the Y Pipe undoubtedly.

    Intake, absolutely one of the biggest bottlenecks in the system. Yes it is 1000% worth changing out the OE intake for an after market one. AFE intake, or URD true ram air are what I highly recommend.

    This is not me hating at all, because it sounds really nice, but I'm just going to put out there that you should really reconsider having Flowmaster on your truck being supercharged and all. There is a good reason why they have earned the name over the years "Chokemaster."

    At least another quart. By the time I had mine set to level, or what I thought was the proper level, after some driving I was at least 2.5 quarts low!

    Tee hee hee. :D

    Internally retailing a valve body is not foe the faint of heart at all. There are so many intricate workings and small parts that you can EASILY lose if you are not careful, it's crazy.

    So relatable!

    Gaah!!! It's like, leave me alone and let me concentrate huh. I know the feeling all too well. Lol.

    Its all good. I used to call em the same too. Then realized i never once seen proof they robbed hp compared to a straight thru muffler. The magnaflow it came with made it sound like a ricemobile, it was raspy as all hell.
    Im honestly quite happy with sound and performance, its just a daily.... so its not on rollers looking for more hp. I appreciate ya lookin out and fully know what u mean, like i said.... i used to call em chokemasters too. Atleast its 3" i guess.

    Yep. Only problem is my cookie cutter subdivision house has about an 8ft ceiling in the garage, the garage door would be in the way when it’s open and I’m not sure the concrete is thick enough.

    Im sure there’s a way to make it happen, but i like to do things right and the cost probably wouldn’t be worth it.

    Hey guys just pressed on my qwikchange pulley until it was flush and bottomed out the urd press tool. Does it look okay even though part of the belt is slightly off of the pulley right below the s/c pulley?

    Should have been pressed a bit more using a washer. I think the quick change pulley thread addresses the issue with it not lining up 100%.

    I would guess it's designed to line up. Maybe some techniques to push it on more.

    Buy an 1/8 washer that will fit over the shaft and press the pulley on that much further.

    Thanks for the replies gents. Went back through the qwikchange pulley thread and found a post by @12TRDTacoma that mentioned he took the idler off and added a 1/8" washer behind it. I did that, and now it lines up great. Took the truck for a drive, and it also solved my fuel issues from it hesitating and studdering when going from zero throttle to WOT. Gadget had mentioned the truck was just running too rich since my ucon was tuned for the 2.8, but the 3.0 was on there. Truck no longer does the herky jerky, just takes off. Couldnt be happier:D
