So I'm about to move from Wi to GA and I will have to make multiple trips to move stuff but i could possibly lessen the trips with this idea...I thought about putting a tow bar on the front of the Tacoma. I could leave the front hubs unlocked and remove the drive shaft to tow like this. If you have one where did you get it from and how do you like it?

So you want to flat tow/dinghy tow your truck?

I think you'll be fine if the fronts are left in free, and you disconnect the rear.

It should be fine, but if it were me rather then go to the trouble I'd just rent a uhaul trailer and tow it. Saves you tire wear and wear and tear on your rig.
If you do pull the driveline, make sure to witness mark it so you put it back exactly the same and don't end up with any vibration

Why don’t you just rent a flatbed from U-Haul? It’s 100x easier to load and unload your truck, and you don’t have to add unnecessary wear to your drivetrain or remove the driveshaft.

I rented one for $20, and got the $80k insurance police and it came up to a grand total of $76 with tax. Unlimited mileage round trip.

It’s also cheaper than what a dinghy tow kit for your truck costs. I looked into buying one for my 5-lug and it’s a couple hundred dollars.

Why not get another driver and haul a load with the Tacoma

Know with a Tow bar just like a Tow dolly you can`t back up

While it is possible to do this one needs to remember the extra weight when stopping

the whole idea is to minimize trips if i brought a vehicle back round trip it would make me take another trip... trying to kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak and do it less than a one way full car trail price..

Uhaul does one way. I just did a round trip. And again, renting a trailer is far cheaper than what it costs to equip your truck with a dinghy tow system. It’s like sub $500 for that option.
