    My shit is all stock.
Spacing out the idlers is a band-aid. You're still misaligned with the crank pulley. You need to press the hub on further. See my posts in the quick change pulley thread and group buy thread.

In my case the belt was riding all the idlers fine, I spaced out the one idler as an insurance policy because I didn't like the belt contact pattern which was more towards the edge than the middle, which theoretically could wear out the bearing early due to improper side load (as minimal as it was). I had the same thing going on with all my other previous blower pullies also which showed due to the previous markings on the idler, so this was something that needed to be done which I didn't notice until I did the qwikchange simply because I was being particularly careful since this was new and unexplored territory on our trucks.

I have had zero issues since I've had the setup and I've been running it for a very long time.

We've already seen quite a few inconsistencies with the Pulley Boys setup. Rob's hub may have been different from the four that I've installed.

The important things are that the belt lines up as close as possible to where it was with the stock pulley, and that you machine the snout back enough to clear the smaller pulley.

In the case of the ones that I've done; .175" beyond the tip of the blower shaft resulted in pretty much perfect belt alignment.

I want the pulley boyz 2.6! Might have a convenient 2.7 buy though. Decision decision.

I'm thinking like @Biscuits. My biggest issue is finding help that has time. Guy that was supposed to help install headers only has 7 fingers and 2 thumbs now. So, hes out.
