    I thoroughly enjoyed this trip with everyone who attended as it was my first time out there and hearing about how wet it is we managed to stay relatively dry in the ogt :D would highly recommend this place again when it gets cooler :thumbsup:

    Well...I thought I stole a march on that radiator. However, a couple inches away from the leak that was pissing 4' into the air when I put some air pressure on it, I completely missed the one that was just barely seeping. So I had to take the damn thing back out. I prepped it and am letting it dry right now, but I'm being sorely tempted to just go get the good one out of the shed and slap it in there instead. Sigh...however, my hardheadedness is saying "Hell-to-the-no! You're gonna fix this one if it kills ya. As long as it's still cooling the engine, yer gonna use it."

I think @Key-Rei 's version of it looked scarier, IIRC, but your version was pretty good too. You can just tell more in yours that the water that came up on the hood was just a splash from the bow wave, not even the bow wave itself. :rofl:

    Hey lee,when I meet up with you I’ll bring my camera SIM card to see if it’ll work on your computer and you can upload them on your channel cause I’m getting nowhere fast with the desktop...I hardly use the damn thing anymore and plan on using my phone for all future videos :annoyed:

    Changed my oil and drained the front diff today. As I suspected, there was plenty of water in it. The first burst that came out as I removed the plug was nothing but water. Probably about a cup at least. Definitely gotta get that seal replaced before the next off-road meet.

    Well I discovered a little carnage after the Richloam ride. Front Pinon seal is leaking. That diff is my old rear diff so the seal was installed when it was originally re-geared by the first owner. So most likely it had nothing to do with the ride.

    Good old Sun Toyota will have me a new one tomorrow for a cool 10 bucks. The conversation was funny with the parts guy. Once he understood they're all the same seal from 79 to 95 and the old Runner has a hodge podge of years and models parts on it. Then he got to choose from truck and 4runner to look it up.

    And I discovered that I need to change my passenger inner axle seal sooner rather than later thanks to the puddle of gear lube sitting under her on the carport. Right now I have her parked on a couple wood blocks so the lube is running away from the seal. I'll probably find out tomorrow I should have ordered the seals for both sides from Marlin. I did order the one. The stupid shipping was damn near twice as much as the price of the part ($8 for the seal, $12.02 for the shipping). :frusty:

    I've had good luck with his Eco seals. 14 bucks for the pinion seal from him plus 10 or 12 bucks in shipping so I passed. Toyota will have it for me tomorrow and no shipping. Even though it could sit for a month before I change it.
