Yeah the southco latch looks like a much better solution. Think it could be retrofitted to the extrusion?

Will GFC be there? If so I would go to see one of these cool tents in person.

They'll be there. They are on the vendor's list. I talked to Graeme and they'll be setting up on Thursday.

Congratulations brother. I never thought I’d EVER get married, than when I found the right one my entire life changed, she’s my wife and my best friend...

Ok now back to man talk!!! I know you’re traveling so if you get a chance I’d love to see some more pictures (without any color altering) of your truck and that color set up. Graeme actually emailed me yesterday to get my build details and the only thing I’m not 100% on is color. Definitely going orange tubes, but I’m torn between black, or silver GFC, my truck is also MGM.

On a side note the aforementioned wifey sent me a pic of your truck from IG yesterday, she’s leaning toward silver, me towards black... any help would be super appreciated and again congratulations. “GFC Bringing families together since 2018”

And don’t feel too bad about calling Ross, Ron... I called him an engineer *gasp* a few dozen pages back and he forgave me! Lol

Awe, I remember this feeling... but you can’t predict if your future wife will literally go crazy and develope a drug and alcohol addiction.

    ***Get a prenup!***

I didn’t think I’d ever need one, but 9 years later, and I’m about to hand over 90% of my 401k! Better safe than sorry!

Well, I get to keep the house that I purchased before I met her, but she still gets 50% of the increase in equity. Better to drain my 401k (without penalty) and start over than to take out a loan or give her any sort of cash!

I'm pretty certain I'm going to go with silver on my MGM. I prefer black as far as looks, just barely, but I want a lighter color for the interior, and have no interest in dealing with vinyl wrap.

That's interesting. Please share when you're done. I've been working out netting solutions, and would love to see some real world solutions. The lighter interior would be a nice plus.

I'm guessing that they're manufacturing based on locale of delivery - but that's just a guess. I was order 25 and am supposed to be build 46 (I mailed the check). So, hopefully any day now. I'm tired of crawling into the truck to get stuff I need at near the cab - can't wait for opening sides!

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
I can't make heads or tails out of how they're managing the logistics. I'm up to probably the 4th or 5th 'next week.' :(

    Build #18 FWIW

Check UR email or Spam, my email came directly from Graeme, and 41 is my build number, not my initial order number. This is a difference.

They’re only going to start building mine, I’m sure I’m a month or 5 weeks away from delivery.
