Make sure the skid profile under the front diff mount is flush. Don't want this to happen: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/remove-the-differential-drop-on-your-05-tacoma.118545/

Does it stick down far enough to worry aboutgetting hung up or snagged on something? I didn't put mine on yet due to worrying about ripping it off while off road.

I know there’s controversy over them I don’t see much of a difference in the CV angle. ARB made the most sense they said the OME suspension is designed to work with stock components. Sooo I don’t know what I’m gonna do yet but I am armor shipping either way the factory skid is toast.

I love the proportions of single cabs and campers, thanks for sharing. Great looking truck.

That’s why I got the one with no nipple. I run the short nipple on my Subaru and they both work equally as well.

On my scangauge I averaged 20.3 mpg highway which is the best I've seen. On my last set of 265/70-17 (which were cupped to shit) the best I could pull was 17..and that was hypermiling it. I work in NYC so I saw 7.8mpg the rest of the day. :)

I put in a K&N non-disposable cabin air filter. My AC fan now puts out 10 more CFM and the air is twenty degrees colder.

Thanks Bud! I decided to keep it. I like the low profile and you Can't beat FREE! The guy that gave it to me sold his Taco and regrets it. Wifey made him buy a mini van! Poor guy. I'll paint it and post up soon. Good looking truck to you too man! Thanks.

I went down about 3mpg when I went from 265/70/16 to 265/75/16. I think next set I might start trying out Pizza cutters and cut the width a little bit.
