so one of the things that has been driving me crazy is the seat belt chime (i am sure it drives a lot of people crazy) normally i have my belt on but when i am no logging roads i do not wear it. so i was surfing the web the other day and came acrossed a code to turn it off!! it took all of 5 minutes  i have owned the truck since September and in 10 minutes on the web and 5 minutes in the truck i got it done. just wanted to share i am sure the code has been on here before, but to be honest i did not know you could turn it off with a code. i thought i would have to cut the wires to kill it. if anyone want the code i can give it to you. i am not liable if you forget or your passenger forgets to put your set belt on.

Wow I am definitely going to set this up on my truck... I like taking my seatbelt off when I get to my residential street and I hate that my truck beeps the whole way to my house.

Yep, there is a direct statistical correlation between fatalities rising after the seat belt chime has been disabled.
