I've been negotiating with multiple dealerships for several days on a new Tacoma.

Looks like a pretty fair deal to me. If its the best price so far, call them up and say "Another $500 off and I'm good to go,
I have my visa card in hand for a deposit if you accept". See if they budge a bit more.

Not sure they have any more wiggle room. Based upon USAA pricing, they're already below invoice and dealer cost and there's no back-end doc fee.

The only fear I have is that next week they'll announce the June incentices and the Tacomas will have $1000 or $1500 cash rebates. That would suck!!!

 

Also... I can choose between black and silver. Which one should I choose? I like the looks of the black a little better, but not sure I can keep clean and I'm worried about scratches on the black. Kinda leaning towards silver.

I think you answered your own question there.
Black looks so sweet when clean, but shows dirt and scratches more.
So if you are concerned about that, silver would be the best option.
IMO Nothing looks as good as a fresh black vehicle though!
Are you talking a manual or auto? Auto is about $1000 more than a manual, and the Sport is about $500 less than the Off Road.

 

That is a real fair price. That's about what I paid for mine with USAA and Military discount. Very nice truck
