Regardless of shock length, due to the confines of stock hangers the Mac the leafs can cycle is 12 inches of travel without being wider. Partly why the dmz kit and other LT sua kits are wider as they need it to House a wider pack to get bigger travel numbers.

Question for you guys. I want to run my theory by TW on my alignment.

Alignment shop just did my LT alignment twice ($$) and we still can not get the camber or caster dialed in to TC's specs using the recommended procedure.

My Theory is my heavy steel bumper and winch along with King springs might not be set up for the weight thus sagging the front of the truck. Thoughts?

What are your current alignment numbers?

So TC recommends 3.5 to 6.0 Degrees of Caster and -1.0 to +1.0 Camber and this is where I am at:

    King 3.16.600 Springs

It is going to be tough to get more than 3 degrees of caster while keeping your camber between 0 and -1. If you drop your caster a little on both sides down to the 3-3.5 range I bet you will have the adjustment needed to get the camber right. You aren't too far off and to be honest there are plenty of people that run up to -2 degrees camber on Long travel rigs, just have to watch your tire wear.

They do give you a little more option to mess with your alignment. I am in the process of modifying my uppers to have heims because I am out of adjustment on the alignment and would like a bit more caster.

Hmm, I suppose I won't know my adjustment range until I install them. That's tricky then.
