I’d say that I’m st Northern Tool in ST. Peters but that would be a lie. At Hooters instead.

Neighbors tree shattered and pulled the drop that powers out two houses. Everyone else on my road has power. Don’t expect them to be here to reconnect till Friday after lunch. FML

    Well, that sucks...

I had a similar problem a few years ago. My power would flicker intermitantly on one phase but "it wasn't effecting anyone else", at least no body else was complaining. It stayed that way for about 2 years. The power company woudn't send anybody to fix it and insisted it was something in my hose causing the issue until the transform blew and knocked out the whole block. It would have been cheaper for them (and me) to just fix the lose connection when it started.

Damn dude that sucks. That storm last night was pretty damn bad. There were several traffic lights out around my house. You guys need anything besides maybe phone/ipad charge?

Looks like lightning took this one. Crazy how it blew up and how far. Better it than the house.

Damn I thought my neighbor's tree got it bad. The wife and I have been keeping track of that tree too. Every time we've had high winds a good chunk of it would fall off. We're waiting to see how long they'll try and salvage the tree. I'd say there is about 25% of it left. I would have cut it down at after the last storm.

Glad it didn't hit your actual house...I get to feel the pain of your storms down there. Holy freaking claims. They had to call in someone from our catastrophe team and I'll be working from Stl along with another coworker the next week at minimum.

That’s crazy! That’s where my job training was and I’ve heard that place has gotten worse since it’s oil boom but damn.

Now for something the lighten the mood. Check out this guys “stuck”. I understand it’s only a 2wd but that it pretty sad they couldn’t get out themselves.

Too many people do dumb stuff and freak out begging for help instead of just relaxing and sorting it out. They could have probably let their tires down and drove out.
