Yup buy a gauge and a gauge pod and make an inline holder using a brass tee fitting that isn't too deep.

 

I’m going to do a year abroad in Japan, if I can ship my truck over there for a reasonable price I definitely will.

I tow and haul fairly frequently so it’d be nice to monitor it.

The reason my gas mileage is so bad is because I have to floor it everywhere. It’s just so damn slow.

 

Manuél is the way to go, much speedier, less stress, more driver focus

It's not that bad, youve over complicated and hyped it in your head. I'd go up any of the ladder streets with a trailer just to show you it isn't that bad. Besides our clutches are easy and forgiving... Except @m3bassman, his is fuxked

 

I am familiar with their emissions laws, I didn’t realize it was that strict.

I know military personnel are allowed to ship their cars and operate them on Japanese bases - wonder how that whole process works.

 

I don't think mine would light up with the key in the acc, only when i cooked the fluid.

God dammit boy there's tons of places! There's 2 large areas of BLM less than 2 hours south of you and a fuck ton of mountains right to your left! Get in the dirt and stop making excuses!

 

We were discussing this in my transmission oil coller install thread from 2010. It appears that only 4x4s have the AT-P & AT Oil Temp lights. My cluster does not have those indicators. Wiper fluid level doesn't turn on with the key either but I can still see it using a flashlight.

 

My 5lug has those lights and they work or atleast flash when i turn the key

 

You have the AT-P light too?
