    Heads up about gold lake.Gold lake campground with the boat ramp is open. But the trail on the east side of lake is closed until September. Camp sites 4,5,6 are open only by boat. To get a site you have to show up early like during the week. It’s usally full on weekends. 1st come 1st serve sites. Check Plumas n f website recreation then ohv camping
