Yeah... That's crazy your bumpstops that close to the frame on flat ground. Something's def not righto_O

I'm only running the standards and I have plenty of gap...

Yeah that doesn't look right. My standard have about a 2 inch gap between the timbren bumps and frame with a empty bed.

Hey Mike. Sorry for the late reply.

I went ahead and ordered a set of Deaver U402’s through Archive Garage. Eric provides bushing, and I also chose to buy new U-bolts through him because I read we shouldn’t re-use/re-torque the u-bolts more than once (and I’ve done so a few times.)

I’m also ordering the Archive Garage heavy duty hangers to replace my Archive Garage shackle flip kit.

This is all due to the added weight I put on with the rear bumper, swingout, full size spare, and camper.

I actually really liked the Archive Garage shackle flip with the AllPro Standard leaf pack springs. It’s just the added weight is probably not good for my overall weight.

Eric from Archive Garage is holding my order until @artesho places hisborder to combine our shipment from Deaver Springs. Give Wricba call or message and see if you can get onboard our pallet/shipment! :D

Manny, it all depends on your build.

And it looks like Mike’s leaf spring packs are defective. o_O

Will you lose any rear lift going to the new shackle?

From what Eric at AG told me, negative.

But he is still going through testing right now.

I believe I will lose some droop, but not lift.

I may try and get on-board with you guys. I would like to get my truck weighed and order custom leafs.

*edit - I’m waiting on BAMF hangars and shackles too

I don’t park the truck in the garage very often because in order for the garage door to close, this has to happen...

Lots of long overdue small updates. I’ll try and catch up posting stuff since I’m on leave for 2 weeks.

Starting with this. Just need to figure out what winch to pull the trigger on...VR-10s or Zeon 10s (maybe platinum $$$$)

Finished sound deadening and sound proofing the doors. Not pictured is the sound proofing done by a layer of MLV over the rattle trap. Also installed used JL Audio speakers bought almost 2 years ago LOL
