Lay out the lights on the bumper on tape. Drill the 4 corners, making sure the drill bit stays inside your layout lines then jigsaw from hole to hole and file the corners as needed.

What was everyones method for wiring. I know how to wire it all up but did you just run wires along the frame all the way to your switch location?

Use some zip cord that's used for low voltage landscape lighting. It has a good insulation for being under the truck and I untaped the the harness where it goes through the floorboard, fed my wire through the grommet and rewrapped with scotch 33+ black tape. My wires tyrapped to the harness going back to bed lights and aux back up lights
Some people just poke a hole in it and push the wire through. IMO, that's a trap door for water to get in and stay.

I just went up under the floorboard, then sealed the grommet with silicone. no water yet.

I used to have some big halogen lights on the headache rack of my F150. Had to run them on with a switch . Loved the extra lighting for backing up in the woods and locking gates behind me in the dark.

No way would I mount them on the under side of a bumper! Cit driving would be ok but anything else would get smashed up

what was the depth of your switches. I was planning for a four switch bank like you have yours, but I may need to cut away the transmission selector plastic to make that a reality

Yellow - where come interference may be
    Red -proposed switch locs

They sit in the full depth. I didn't have to remove any of the plastic there but I made sure to put mine close together so that I didn't have to worry about fumbling around for switches or moving my hand a whole lot. Hope that helps? I can get some more pictures for you if need be.

That write up is awesome. I'll try to get some pics in the morning. Sorry for the delay. Been dealing with doctors appointments and packing for the next camping trip. Unfortunately had a failure in the water system after the last trip and am redoing it. So we will see. But i'll grab you some.
