Thought I'd post a few quick photos of progress, so far. I owe a big shout out to @crashnburn80 (still waiting on that swag to come into the office) @HeadStrong Off-Road Brute Force Fab, and @bski22 I know there are few guys I m missing.
    Thanks guys and gals!

LIFT -- OME 3" KIT FROM HEAD STRONG @HeadStrong Off-Road with Light Racing UCA's
    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/s...t_with_HS_3-Leaf_Add-a-leaf_-_05__Tacoma.html

Install went really well, less the typical battle with rusted in place hardware (you Southwest guys are lucky!!)
I added the cost for having the struts and coils assembled (well worth it IMHO)

With the added weight of the Brute Force Plate Bumper & Smity Bilt 9,500lb winch I went with the 886 coils and 90021 Soft Ride Struts...the ride is pefect.

    My Pre-Lift specs were;
    On level ground with stock bumper and headlights removed and 3/4 tank of gas are;
    LF 20"
    RF 20.5"
    LR 21.5"
    RR 22"
A bit of the Taco lean...the OME kit came with 1/4" spacer pre-installed on the drivers side which gives you 1/2" additional lift to accomidate for the Taco Lean.

Post lift I sit at 23.5" front and 24" in the rear measured from center of the hub with a full tank.

    TIRES -- http://us.coopertire.com/tires/discoverer-s-t-maxx.aspx 255 80r17, E Rated. I wanted C rated...but had to compromise for the size I wanted.
I went a little more narrow and taller, great looking and still are M+S rated. Although I was after the 3 Peak Mountain SnowFlake rated tire https://tires.tirerack.com/tires/3 Peak Mountain Snowflake

    WINCH -- SMITYBILT GEN2 XRC 9,500 LB https://www.4wheelparts.com/Winches-Winch-Accessories/Smittybilt-XRC-9-5K-GEN2-Waterproof-9500lb-Winch-97495.aspx?t_c=18&t_s=300&t_pt=100702&t_pn=S/B97495
For 299.00 I don't think you can go wrong for a weekend warrior. I'll spin synthetic line on it soon myself and still save $$ over paying for pre installed synthetic line.

LIGHTING -- I combined the below upgrade with the Anytime FogUpgrade...I can turn darkness into day and for a reasonable price. Lighting can really add up so finding a quality system at a "good value" was a challenge. The below system is solid but does not carry a lable whore mentailty.
    2 of these https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...fog-light-3-square-13w-1700-lumens/3542/7536/

    2 of these https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...fog-light-3-square-25w-1700-lumens/3541/7535/

    2 of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q3UZBDC
Note these are sold as a pair so you only need to order 1 pair. Cut off the female end of the adapter harness and hard wire to the raw end of the pod connections.

    1 of these https://www.amazon.com/Lanlan-Exten...=1528172399&sr=1-7&keywords=h4+connector+male
-You only need 1 H4 connector, I'd get whatever is easiest, they are also often sold at autoparts stores.

and 1 Universal Power-Switched Premium-Plus Wiring Harnes for conventionallySwitched Power vehicles with two H4 lamps. $89.50. From http://www.headlightservices.com/Wiring.html

I'd throw in a pair of these to make good use of the harness and double your headlight output. The output upgrade is impressive to say the least
    https://www.powerbulbs.com/us/produ...MI45bzz97E2wIVG4ezCh1kcAJ1EAQYBSABEgICt_D_BwE

The fogs are very straight forward. Cut off the black and yellow female connectors from the mini harness and hardwire the remaining harness to your pods, then simply plug them in to your OEM fog connections. The fog pods will operate like stock.

For the headlight harness, unplug both headlights. Plug the HD harness into the OEM headlight harness on the driver side. Then run the HD harness to each headlight bulb and plug them in. Attach the HD harness terminals to the battery. The driver side OEM headlight harness now controls the HD harness, which powers the lights and operates like stock.

For the spot beams, you will need some extra wire. Connect wires to the spot pods so they have enough length to reach the passenger side headlight plug from from their mounting location. Using the single H4 male plug purchased, wire both ground wires from the pods to the single ground wire on the plug. You then have 2 power plugs left on the male H4, one is high beam and one is low beam. Identify the high beam wire (can use a voltage detector, multimeter, trial and error or check online) - I think it is the passenger side wire on the plug - and connect both positive wires from the pods to the single high beam positive wire on the H4 male plug. Cap off the unused low beam plug wire. The plug is designed to supply 60w for high beam, the pods take 20w each so 40w total, meaning there is more than enough power available to power the pods. Headlights will operate like stock on low beam running off the HD harness, when clicking on high beam the headlight harness will supply the headlight bulbs with the high beam and the OEM headlight harness will supply the spot pods with power. All will operate in unison with the OEM switches as if it were sock. Flashing the high beams will include flashing the pods, ect.

Cool looking truck. I like that bumper.

Maybe I’m wrong but it looks like you might need different UCA’s. Angle looks a bit steep on those. Perhaps a uniball UCA or equivalent. But I’m a suspension noob so I may be wrong.

They are the Light Racing UCAs, alignment is good to go, no rubbing at full turn with full suspension flex. Photo was pre alignment.

    Gotcha.

How do you like them? I likely won’t have enough lift to justify new UCAs but might get better ones anyway.

Nice product, I picked them up from a member on TW for 300.00 so I couldn't pass them up. Nice upgrade from OEM.

I totally had delusions of a killer build thread...but a 3 year old with some special needs and life got in the way. I put in some really late nightsin the garage knocking out the lift solo-men-te. I'll piece together our conversations and see if I can't put together a good road map for others that like the lift and style. All said I was under 4,000.00.

Thanks again man, I would not be where I am on this project without your guidance.

Kids, family and life can really make it challenging to get things done. I know how that goes, late nights are sometimes the only way to go about it. I'm happy to help, though my comment was just referring to listing the items included in your build, which I see you now updated. :)

Short term the plan is to add a brute force rear bumper and LED Ditch lights...along with a tricked out roof top camping set up when the kid is a little older.
