I spoke to one of the sales reps with discount tire and went through tire fitment and he assured me that there would be no rubbing issues so I wouldn't have to trim any plastic or the cab. I wish i knew his name so i could give him a shout out but he was very helpful and thats what caused me to go with the setup I'm running now. Hope this helps @Tricky2015

Whats the best way to order rims and tires? I see a lot of websites where I can order them and have them shipped to my door mounted and balanced free shipping no tax for around $1,800 for the set up I’m looking at.
I do love discount tire though and have gotten many sets there over the years.
I saw the 18x10 set up on custom offsets on YouTube. Said they just did a spacer lift.
What is the factory height difference front to rear? If I raise the front 2-3” is that basically level?

4 wheel parts had the best deal on the bfg all terrain K02 tires (discount tire will price match as well) that i wanted and they already the moto metal M0970 wheels that i wanted (cheapest price i could find). So went through 4 wheel parts for tires, wheels and suspension lift and install.

Spacer lifts are definitely your cheapest option to get 2.5"-3" lift on your truck but from experience on two other trucks doing spacer lifts, it kills the ride quality and wears out other suspension parts much faster. I'd steer away from spacer/block kits altogether IMO.

I've had a good experience with 4 wheel parts so far and their pricing was the best I could find at the time, not to mention they'll price match any reputable company that you're comparing against. Hope this helps.

Thanks man. I’ll do some more reading on the 5100’s maybe I’ll go that route

Best bang for your buck in my opinion but there are other options out there for sure.

Hi, new member here. I'm going with almost the same exact set-up except my wheels are 18x10 -12. Do you have a link of the Bilsteins 5100 and AAL that you've used in this setup?

    Howdy :hattip:

I went through a shop here in Austin called 4 wheel parts. They priced matched everyone out there on wheels, tires and suspension. The add a leaf is either procomp or icon I believe. Post up a pic when you get your set up done! Thanks for the follow on Instagram also:fistbump:

Thanks for the response. I surely will! I'm still shopping for the best deal around. How does the suspension drive on the road? I'm mainly doing the setup for the stance.

Did you also use the stock springs?

I’ve had no comfort issues with bilsteins. Of course there are better out there but these do what I need and I use @Toytec Lifts 600lb springs.
