What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Nice, was wondering because I heard that the SL aren’t as aggressive looking but yours look plenty aggressive to me!

 

Replaced the AC Blower Motor today. Just wondering how this even happens??

 

They are plenty aggressive, I was beyond happy with the tire choice

 

Put on some AVS in channel window visors. Whenever I Offroad I have to have my window open, or at least cracked... and the last trip it was pouring rain. Not a good combination, lol. So figured I’d give these a shot.

I'll be going through the same spot that @TWTaco showed......that is...when I finally get around to installing them.













I reached out to several guys on the Caliraised threads and they each went through this boot/sleeve location. Taped their harnesses to something like an old antenna....lubed it up with dish soap and fished it through and into their cabs.




I have this super long Phillips headed driver to use for the task.








Planning to get mine in sometime this coming week. Hope yours goes smoothly, boss.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume they are Caliraised....judging by the box in the pic and the design of the brackets.

 

That is crazy.


I'm interested in seeing if anything becomes evident at some point.


The irony is that we had the AC blower motor fail in my home AC this past week......sucked due to the 100 degree temps. Took three days to get it replaced, but at least was under warranty.

 

I have no idea but Toyota already had to replace mine as well.

 

Horseshoe Bend AR then Hollister MO. Will be on lakes, trails caverns etc.... Just arrived at first location and got nice fuel mileage.

Went Old Coast Road to Big Sur today. Beautiful day, beautiful drive.

 

Added the Tuff Skinz Pro grille gloss red letters. Had some others on the back end. Looks like I have to now get the Tuff Skinz for the back since they are not the same color and obviously that is really, super, IMPORTANT!
So’s I tell the wife.....
She rolls her eyes.....”Whatever!”
She goes “I get some new shoes, right?”

Did the suburu kicker tweeter swap. Probably the easiest mod I’ve done to my truck. If it’s the only thing you do, do this. It is such an improvement over the stock tweeters. The kicker ksc door speakers come tomorrow. I can’t wait to swap the old ones out.

 

Looks awesome BTW! My wife had to do a master jam Zumba class today so I had the whole day to spend out on the trails! Life is good some days.
