Anyone here looking to rent a room? Possibly getting a 4 bedroom house 2 bath in south Tempe area

Ha ha yes but I likes it . I had a buddy on the Corp and his wife would make a buttermilk batter that would have you liking the bones .

It doesn't just happen in apartments . One of my neighbors are total idiots . Early thirties 4 kids , He is a charych school teacher and she has a home daycare . You ask how do they live in a six figure neighborhood ? His parents bought them the house and their cars are all family hand me downs . Barking dogs , lose shitting dogs yelling kids, clucking chickens yes chickens net to their pool. I tried talking to them about all the issues and they said that I was a bad neighbor . After that I got a hold of his dad and spoke to him about his sons lack of consideration and lack of respect for someone else's house (son doesn't own it the dad does). After that conversation with his dad they got a lot better. I still don't speak to them and if I ever get the chance to lay him out I will.

Well new water pump and belts are on the 4runner. Started it up and no coolant leaks. Yeah. And no left over parts. Should get a couple hours later tonight to start tackling the valve cover.

 

Didn't care for the kids . Nothing special about him . Tipical wannabe banger not very low profile for effective insertions

I wish it was the lawn . I found their kids playing in my back yard three times. I have a pool . Can't have that shit going on . I video taped them the third time and told them that if it happened again I was calling the popo and pressing trespassing charges on them. I know rediculou 4,7,10 year olds getting arrested but if one of them drowns or gets hurt I get sued becaus they have stupid parents .

 

with progress like that I recommend disconnecting until the SAS is done.
