    Some really cool shit
Well, I have a rant, too. Fucking Chinese. Right now I'm installing my Shittybuilt new replacement for the one that shit the bed. There are three ways to mount the solenoid. Only one will work with this truck. So, grab the specific bracket to install, and the damn holes in the bracket don't line up with the bolts on the winch motor cap.

    upload_2018-7-1_15-9-45.jpg

In Figure A the bolts line up fine. But the bracket isn't wide enough to reach both bolts in Figure B.

Secondarily, the primary mounting bolts are different than the old model. The old had threaded feet. Just line up the holes and put bolts in from bottom of bumper. Like a dumbass, I didn't notice that the new one had bolts and nuts, so you have to line it up with the hole, and the nut, to get the bolt in. Fuck me.

Rant over. Now back to the garage to try and get those stinking mounting bolts installed.

    ...too much shit to list.
Maiden voyage this weekend with the mobile party island. Took 30 fucking minutes to inflate with the leaf blower and completely drained a whole battery. But it was pretty nice not having to go back to camp to get beer. It needs a trolling motor tho.

Oh and the evenings weren’t bad either. Here’s the PG version of the night pics. Anyone who wants to see some extra moons (@916TacoTruck) will need to PM me as I don’t want to ban myself.

Anyone actually like waxing and detailing trucks? Can't do so anymore with my injuries. Looking to get a quote from a few mobile places, but thought I'd ask here and offer Cash and Beer if anyone wants. My truck hasn't been detailed in 2+ years and the paint is dulling. Don't want to have it oxidize.

Guy I coach swimming with has been doing it on the side recently. In Alameda but he may travel. He is a perfectionist AF. I'll ask him if you want

Somewhat regretfully listing my SCS ray10s up for sale. Regretful because I LOVE THESE WHEELS. But the F5s are clearing my setup with 35s mo bettah... and the f5s are growing on me

    5 SCS ray10s Matte Bronze

    16"

    4" bs

    -12 offset

    $850

4/5 have some relatively light trail rash around the ring. The fifth is perfect on the face, but the tire shop scratched the inside lip a little on install. All five are boxed in SCS boxes ready to go. Can get better individual pics tomorrow, but if a little trail rash bothers you, then move along lil' doggy...

Was looking at something like that for Jelly. I should take her when I decide to do that Penner Lake trek. She can carry supplies like a little buffed mule.
