    My first Toyota, crew cab 4x2 silver short bed truck. 19,555 miles - anybody had issues with these trucks under load ? Towing ?

    As far as towing, I cant help havent done it yet. Biggest load i've had in the bed is maybe 500-800lbs and it wasnt a problem. I've also easily added more than 500lbs to the overall weight of the truck in mods.

    Research before buying is usually a good idea............. Depending on several things, towing can be easy peasy or a hot mess.

    Does the truck have a tow package?

    Are you seasoned at towing?

    What are you wanting to tow?

    What ancillary tow equipment do you have?

    Tell the group that, and folks will be able to predict your results.
