i was driving my gf and her friend to krispie cream for some donuts tonight when some ahole was haulin ass (i dont speed any more too many tickets) and gets in front of me and slams on brakes. i simply change lanes and he starts slowing down leaning out the window shouting obsceneties and throwing shit at the truck but missing, every stop light theyd get in the turn lane, to shout at us, at one light 3 people a father mother and another dude get out of their car and surround the truck threatening to kill us because they have a baby and i was going too slow to be safe and that its the last thing ill ever do, i flick on my fire lights narrowly miss the guy infront of the truck run 3 stop lights to lose em (they ran them too but got held up in traffic at the 3rd one) (and i did make sure traffic yeilded before going through) as one guy was yelling he was immune to the cops cause hes the US Army mother fucker, i really with i got his plate or payed attention to the name he had

just wanna say WTF is up with people now a days and thank you for all the cops out there that respond so quickly to stupid incidents

but seriously wtf is up with people

Sounds like a crazy night. Sounds like you need the flamethrower mod or pepper spray. haha.
I hope you turn them in and it all works out for the best.

Well school is almost over if that helps. I wouldn't bring it to school though, that is trouble you just don't want. Funny story. Today is the last full day of school and they brought the drug dog out and busted 5 or 6 people in the parking lot. Sucks to end the year that way.

Try and get their license plate next time. Dont say theres a gun when theres not, youll only put responding officers and the public in more danger because they will obviously haul arse. Many people in the Army have been arrested, he is not immune. Call his base if you get his plate number, theyll be more interested is his jackass behavior than the police probably. You played it right by getting away from them and avoiding a confrontation. Who knows what theyre capable of??

yeah after i talked with pd i made pointers of things i did wrong, for one i should have turned on my dash cam, 2 i should have made a better effort to remember their plate number,

i wouldnt put it past them being crack heads, two of em were missing a few teeth, they looked and acted the part

ive thought about keeping mace and stuff in my center console even with school but i have friends that have got charged and graduated late for having bullets in their door pocket thing from hunting season when the dogs hit on food in their truck

Running red lights with a baby???
Chasing you cuz you endangered the baby by driving too slow?

I am in agreement with you about what is wrong with people.

Bear spray is a good deterent, check the wind direction before squirting,
you don't want is blowing back in your face.

Having to run lights to try and escape is very dangerous as I am sure you know.
Glad to hear no one was hurt.

how old are you? idk about nc but here u gotta be 21 to have emergency response lights. and if your of age u should look into a concealed weapons permit and keep a gun in ur truck at all times. i did rite after i turned 21 for all the crazy fuckers around here.

or if u cant/wont carry a gun, keep some kinda bat or club with ya. and dont wimp out and run away that just makes them feel more powerful. i had a similar incident happen to me with a black man. he got out of his vehicle yelling and carryin on like in your story. i started yellin and cussin back at him even more, he saw i wasnt gonna take his shit so he left.

you have to have approval from your dept for fire lights and permission to run them from the cheif, you have to be an ass cheif or cheif to run sirens, i however am fixin to turn 18 (will finally be allowed to fight fire :) )

in nc you have to be 21 to get a hand gun or CC Permit, however i keep i giant maglite in my driver seat between the center console. id rather run this time, especially since i had my girl and dont want her in any danger, however if she wasnt there the army guy in front of the truck probably would have been smushed, especially since the forward traffic light turned green and the way he was threatening it was the last thing i did and diggin in his damn pants

i think in nc you can have lights at 16 under new rules, they keep changing between 16 and 18 when i started it was 16 when i turned 15 it was 18, about a year ago they revamped all the rules again

hell yeh they pack a punch. i stupidly, hit a friend of mine in the back of the leg on the thigh, he had a huge bruise for a few weeks.

theres only been one time i had to pull my mag lite in my car. I got the mag lite clips and mounted the light near my right leg within arms reach. I was down in the city one night and some creep came up to my car tryin to sell me drugs. told him no and to get away, he wouldnt listen after i told him twice to get away, so third times a charm, i got the light (which btw has the LED light in it) and blinded his ass. had he tried reaching in my car it woulda been upside his cranium.

so you're telling me you were driving on a multi lane road, minding your own business. then these crackhead parents with another dude follow you, and finally park, get out and surround your truck for no other reason that you were driving slowly and they had a baby. then they follow you while you run code through multiple red lights. then they chase you through those redlights, so thy can kill you for not driving fast enough? am i the only one that thinks something is missing here?
