Lots of travel in the rear, but front looks like it’s not budging

Nah, he actually has one of if the highest travel # front kit made for our trucks. The lack of "flex" you are seeing is very typical of the IFS front on our trucks because we all run 600lb+ front springs.

It's a pretty common practice...if your carefully with your cuts it's not that difficult to line it up and reattach it

Right here. Does it not need gussets here? The upright of the B pillar to the main tube that runs across the top. I’ve never built one of these so I’m learning as I’m doing.

If I had the biggest erect penis in the world, but never got hard...does it matter? Not that I’m hating, just pointing out the mismatch

I think he’s telling you that penis gets very hard on that kit. Am I following the metaphor?

True - but these are densos with a Toyota part number and looked identical to my og ones. Another guy on here with a 300 rwhp V6 used them w/ good results that got rid of a knock sensor code.

His sua kit should fit your truck unless the frames are way different. Plus free shipping may not help you as much since it's only a 400 mile round trip to Santa Maria and you could hit up oceano while you're up there ;)
