This is why you dont cut in line

Don't think of it so much as people being able to protect themselves. Think of it more like a bunch of California idiots with guns.

I've lived in CA all my life, and I've dealt with wanna-be thugs and kids who think their all sorts of bad ass everyday of the week. I've had "adults" get crazy right in front of me before. I've been in my share of shit and know how a lot of people out here work, old and young. I just think that it's a lot easier to pull a trigger than it is to hit someone with a baseball bat or come at someone with a knife. I'm glad there weren't guns at some of the places that I've been where things "got heated." And when anger or alcohol gets involved, some people do really stupid stuff.

Ouch, looked funny, either way, it was wrong. It couldv'e been handled way differently. People let their emotions get the best of them, and wham, eating fist. Oh well, it happened, and i'm sure he's gonna get his, just like she got hers.

You probably wont last too long on here if you keep talking like that. I've fought along side just about every race there is and the color of a persons skin in no way reflects their character and morals. You are the ignorant percentage of America that keeps us from looking past race and instead looking at people as human beings.
If you were to look at the first video, where we were under the impression that the girl was the one cutting in line, then mouthing off to the older man there is a simple non racial explanation to it. A man, obviously an alpha male was challenged by a younger non dominant female. When she got loud and displayed her non compliance with him to the crowd, the alpha male had no choice but to ruin her day in order to show everyone else that he was still the dominant one.
This is a very primitive instinct that is in all males (similar to defending your mate and territory), so what happened is not very shocking at all.
That being said, after watching the new video I guess big dude was the one who skipped. So I take back my previous statement about the girl deserving it.

No the dispute was about who got there first. The guy felt the line started where he was, the female teen was aware that's where the line started. BTW IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE SHE'S MOUTHING OFF AT ALL, to me anyways.

 

If you notice, the boy in the red shirt is with the guy. At the beginning he is standing there next to the girls when his "father" showed up. If I had to guess on what happened with this new footage.

Dad and kids go to McDonalds and wait in line. Youngest boy has to use the bathroom. Dad tells older boy to keep their spot in line and he will be right back. Boys turn to order and his dad was not there. Girls moved ahead of him as dad gets back and he starts in on how they cut infront of his boy in line. She may not be mouthing off, rather explaining herself.

This is part of the reason the internet is so divided over videos such as this. It is all context. Without audio there is no way to know the tones, or actual words being said. And without the extra minute of visual, all you see is a girl mouthing to an older guy who is by now at the front of the line.

im stating general social behavior, im not ignorant or racist. im stating what i experience and see from black folks. it maybe primitive instinct in male species. However, that does not justify violence against 14 yrs old boy or girl or anybody else. BTW, he did have choices WALK AWAY, …but he did the macho thing to as you call primitive male instinct. And he will pay the price for that action. felony and assault charge. If us MALES did the primitive instinct thing I will be in jail so will most of the male population. We have laws protecting people from that kind of violent behavior, thus primitive instincts no longer apply in civil society….I appreciate your service to our nation, but I also understand your reaction to my comments.
