If it weren't line-x I'd of taken it but line-x is a PITA to strip. Eddy said you pretty much have to have it blasted.

Shit wish I could but nugget I dont think could handle a late sat departure and then sun return unless I wanted to deal with Satan's spawn because of lack of sleep.

I'll go next sun as well

Creatine and beta alanine are beneficial in promoting water/blood flow into the muscles.

    Somebody say caffeine?

That's essentially what I have. They just add in extra shit. You're actually not supposed to take caffeine with either the creatine or beta alanine, I forget which one, as it reduces its absorption or effect or something like that. I just do a 2:1 creatine:beta alanine for my mix. Throw it in some orange juice, shake it up, down it. Shit's super bitter and sour if you put it in just water. I've tried gatorade too and it was hard to drink that. I found OJ the best mask for flavor on it

Just eat good foods and replenish the nutrients after a workout. And drink a lot of water. I've noticed if I eat a good, healthy meal and hydrate well after a workout I'm not as bad the next day. Also, glutamine is a good one to take, as well as some BCAA's

I generally run from supplements. Where would I get the BCAA stuff? I drink mostly water (those who went to meat meet can tell you that prolly). Food, depends. I tend to NOT be hungry so I graze...........

I just got a Planet Fitness membership and started working out a little.. I'm trying to lose some weight. I know enough about gym equipment to be dangerous, but know nothing about free weights, dumb bells, etc..
