    I have a sneaking suspicion that a neighbor of mine is about to go into foreclosure. This unmarried couple bought it as a flip, just over a year ago, and dude bailed on the gf shortly after. She took on a roommate, but recently booted her, and listed the house for $90k over what they bought it for. They had open houses for multiple weekends in a row, but apparently no bites. I see it's now off the market, and I know she can't afford it, let alone maintain the ~2 acres. It was listed just under $500k, but a smaller house on unusable land. It has a nice "barn" and circular blacktop driveway, but that's about all it has going for it.
