[IMG]She's an "01 TRD double cab. I haven't had her that long, but she is quickly becoming one of my favorite trucks I have owned. I named her Helga because she is really white, heavy, has a lot of miles, some deep wrinkles, not real pretty, but still doin' work :D

    Here's the current specs;
    LQ9 (420+ hp)/4L80e/Atlas 4 speed (4.3 rear case)
    Front: Dodge KP 60
    Rear: Sterling 10.25
Tires and Wheels: 37 MTRs/ H2s for now
Coastal front & NWTI rear bumper, and Home Brew sliders
    SmittyBuilt XRC 9.5
    And worn-out EVERY-thing

    Black Pipe or tubing?

Tubing can be a lot more and comes in two popular kinds, HREW (Hot Rolled Electric Weld) and DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) DOM is a lot stronger and more durable, but comes at a cost. For a roof rack, I would probably recommend square tubing though. It can be easier to work with.

1" square would be the easiest, but I don't have square anything on my truck. Bumpers are tube, sliders are tube, bed rack will be tube......

I'm gonna stick with the whole tube theme. That was more of a poll style question.

A little update.... just in case anybody cares

I bought j59s and a rear set up and installed HIDs. I can't believe I waited so long to put HIDs in!

    Here's a pic

I hope you get some reflectors with cut offs for those headlights. Those look like they blind everyone but you.

Nope, no reflectors or cut offs. They really aren't that bright, and that picture was with the brights on.

I got some new tires. $360 for 4 285/70/17 with at least 90% left. It was a major CL score

I've been spending a lot of time working on my buddies new rig and I haven't had much time for mine.

I also have 30' of tube for a roof rack. I have been trying to figure out a design that will work with my light bar that I like.

Thank you! I'm kinda a cash poor guy, but I know how to do a lot of shit. So in order to save monies I do my own work. Plus I enjoy the work, and pride that comes along with it.
