Truck driving dudes (@YamaDirtrider I know, sorry but I know there's others) at what weight limit does a rental box truck have to stop at weigh stations in Colorado? Or do they at all? I'm way under 26,000 lbs. It's 14,500 lbs GVWR I believe.

If your getting paid to transport stuff your suposed to stoped there open. Make sure your license covers the weight. CDL (B or A) also should have a dot # on outside

If it’s personal no matter the size you don’t have to.

Personal rental, no DOT # on the truck. That was my conclusion, no need to stop and weigh, but wanted to run it by a pro. Thanks!

It's freaking HOT in Moab! We were going to camp on BLM land but then we stopped at Kens lake. Found out you can't run a generator after 8pm and didn't want to deal with the hassle. So we gladly paid $60 for a RV park. Glamping at its finest. I will take a dip in the pool later.

hey yall need a lil feed back. so i have a cooling issue. my trucks temp will get almost redline randomly. could be a cool morning or a hot afternoon. i see it get hot when quick shifting through traffic or around town. new issue 4 months after i drained the trucks coolant to look at my timing belt. i replaced the 3 belts but did not end up doing the timing belt. filled up coolant and topped off after running for a bit. so thats all that has been done to it before the issue came up so not sure if that could have lead to something. ive replaced my thermostat and fan clutch now. about to try and do some flushes on the radiator or replace it. next thought is maybe the water pump is going out. idk when it was last done.

    Maybe an air pocket?
    Sensor going bad?
Do you have a code scanner that is reading violent temps? Usually there is at least 2 different sensors. One for dash one for computer.

Anyone have pics of the overland Lexus that was at the Copper Kettle Brewery meet up last month? My dad has one and I’m trying to plant a seed...

Have you changed the radiator cap? Sometimes it’s that.
