I used two heavy duty L brackets from Lowe’s and bolted them to the prinsu cross bars. Pretty simple and cheap. You can paint the L brackets black to blend in better

Thats what I was going to do. Did you use spacers to make the L bracket flush because of the lip.

No I put the L bracket on the crossbar and butted it against the side rails of the prinsu. I’ll try to get you a picture tomorrow but the brackets don’t come past the side rails of the prinsu

Ok I get it. I thought you had them flipped the other way. If you could snap a quick photo that would be awesome! Its only attached to your toprac right? Not the cabrac.

Like this right? Im having a hard time with it because I cant shift the tent over any more so the awning is going to be right up against the tent. I think I gotta find a different way to moung it but cant find any other examples.

Sorry I was mistaken. I had it flush like that when I had my tepui RTT and Arb awning. With my new tent I did have to bring the L brackets out further past the side rail of the prinsu because the tent has a lot larger footprint on top of the truck! You should be fine if you run some spacers to level it and bring it out further. You crossbars seem to sit a lot lower than mine. I didn’t use any spacers on mine but it probably could’ve used a few

My personally fabricated Bolt-on Rock Sliders installed on my Quicksand truck this weekend. They are 25 degree kick-up. They hug close to the cab and do not extend out very far, allowing for easy entry/exit. They are perfect for my needs for mild wheeling...

I did not. It aligned well, no rubbing when flexing. I did not have to do anything modding wise in the fender well, which is why I went with the OME lift and that size tire. Completely satisfied.

A little contribution to the QS thread. Parked truck yesterday, came back an hour later, and this was there. Made me chuckle.
