Mine has done that. Issue was dirt in the window channel that had worked itself right in there....Kinda sounds like finger nails on blackboard...

I used a wet rag and cleaned the channel real well....

Both my front windows do it. My passenger side is the worst. It leave glueish like residue on the window too that's a bitch to get off.

    Same here.
Usually goes away after a wash - which happens about once a year

It's on the inside only. I think it's some kind of adhesive and has just gotten worse over the past several months. I need to take it in but I haven't.

Its a Honda product. Clean window tracks, lube with this.

Need more help? Pull the door panel and get the rest of the track, regulator joints, etc..

I have this exact issue and I feel like it happened within the first year of ownership. Finding out this is caused by dirt is even stranger as my truck was always garaged at home and work..

You can clean the tracks with q-tips dipped in alcohol first. In the past on other vehicles I have sprayed a rag with silicone and wiped inside of track. For the Honda grease you can use a q-tip also. Squeeze some of it onto a paper plate and take it from there. Don't used WD-40. It will cause the rubber guides to deteriorate .

Clean all edges of the window with the alcohol when and if you do the channels. I had a Honda that it happened to on occasion . Always the drivers window. Power washing also sometimes causes it for some reason.
