    Don't get caught up on MSRP (in SET and GST territory those are magical numbers anyway), instead pay closer attention to how much you're paying in relation to factory invoice. It's a negotiating game - they want you to pay as much above their cost as they can and you're looking to pay as little above their cost as you can.

    P&H is after MSRP and varies by location. It's a flat transport/dealer prep charge that doesn't really discount.

    2T - All Weather Liner Plus Door Sill Protectors.......... 144 | 228

    So math goes like this:

    Invoice = BASE+S&H+OPTIONS+ACCESSORIES
    Invoice = $31,947+995+144
    Invoice = $33,086 (this is the paper target they want you to think is the point they start losing money)
    They still have other things that can reduce this cost (Incentives on sales volume, number of days on lot, holdbacks, etc.)

    Your quote $33,200 - 33,086 = $114 difference. You can work this a couple different ways... tell them 33K flat and the deal is done. Or, tell them to throw in a bed mat and Mudgards to make the deal. I can't see them letting you walk over an accessory or two.

    CJ - Bed Mat.............................................. 80 | 120
    MF - Mudguards.......................................... 80 | 129
    RT - Mini Tie Down Loops............................. 30 | 45
    GN - Cargo Net............................................ 35 | 49
    WL - Wheel Locks.......................................... 50 | 80
    6B - Shift Knob, TRD...................................... 95 | 140
    B5 - Lights, Bed.......................................... 150 | 199

    Is anyone familiar with using the Toyota supplier purchase program discount? I'm eligible but not sure if I can do better just negotiating..

    Dealer’s total Manufacture’s Invoice Price as listed on the printed invoice, or vehicle inquiry
    • MINUS any Regional retail incentives including customer cash, APR, or lease subvention
    • PLUS any Dealer installed options and accessories
    • PLUS applicable document, tax, title and registration fees

    I have never seen or used it (I have used internal company purchasing programs). From the looks of what you provided, it ‘could’ be great. Depending on your location, the benefit could be very useful.
    It essentially reads as Factory Invoice + Port Added + TTL - Incentives = OTD
    What would worry me would be the possible “interpretation” by some dealers of the “PLUS any Dealer installed options and accessories” which some might decide includes their shenanigans sheet (nitrogen, protectant packages, tint, etc.). They could also shenanigan the list as it is stated (e.g. Factory Invoice - Incentives + Port Added/Dealer + TTL = OTD). If you find a decent dealer to start, I think it would be as valuable or more valuable than self negotiating. Above all, use the tools here to calculate for yourself “Invoice + Port Added” and compare to what they are showing you and offering to see if you’re getting that ‘good’ deal.

    I paid $41k OTD for my new DCSB '17 in Feb. That includes TTL+Gap+ 8 year/100k warranty and a trade in I broke even on. I look at some of these prices above and hate my life.

    I paid $41,723 cash out the door for my 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4 Doublecab 5 ft. bed, 3.5 V6 with the 6 Speed Auto Transmission. Blazing Blue Pearl w/ Black Leather Interior and Heated Seats. It has the Premium pkg and the Technology pkg. Options were all weather mats, total film protection pkg, 2 into 1 led foglights, TRD muffler tip, trailer reciever square rubber plug, and phone pkg. Also included in the sale price was $995.00 Toyota delivery, process and handling fee, and the usual tax, tag, and title fees. I saved $2,106.00 off of Toyota's MSRP base price. The dealer also had to go 800 miles to get this truck from another dealer in the Southeast. It has the Toyota 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Also the dealer will do the recommended oil changes and tire rotation for 4 years for free. I love this truck and have no complaints. I get a lot of compliments on this truck wherever I go. Best of all it is paid for and I plan on keeping it forever.

    I got ripped off and pretty much paid msrp. The dealer had cement with options I wanted and I didn't have the discipline to shop around
