Finally got a RTT this week from REI's 4th of July sale. Now I just have to find a forest that isn't closed due to fire restrictions...

Also installed my hood vinyl that I got from @mcmnos4r2. Love the look of my truck now.

Did this sound deadening reduce the amount of noise getting into the cabin?

The magnet on the dash is crazy strong. I don’t even pull the phone/case off directly, I slide it to the side to pull it off the magnet.

Ajt design key fob in cavalry blue. It’s close for plastic, but just a touch more gray than the truck. Overall seems like a solid product.

I received my Pop & Lock tailgate lock today, I installed it and got stuck trying to route the cable through the firewall. Does anyone have any ideas as how to route the cable trough the existing OEM cable harness into the cab? I don't want to use a screw driver or a similar rigid tool in fear of destroying the wiring harness. Here are several pics where I left the lock cable. I appreciate your thoughts and ideas.

I've been considering this. Does it stay plugged into OBDII at all times? Or is that cable just used to flash the ECU? thanks.

    Happy Taco Tuesday!

I decided to try some lightpainting. It's been a while but I think it's not a bad pic.

I did it myself. Didn’t come with any directions but pretty easy, there is an inside frame with holes that screws run through that tap into the outside frame squeezing the two together to hold to the cap. They were very expensive, I got them through where I work but retail you will be looking at $700+ for the pair

I usually bend a wire coat hanger to my need, then tape the wire to the end, completely covering any rough/sharp edges, and then coat it with a little dish soap. Slides right in like Ready Betty on a Saturday night.
