I do need to start going harder tho cause I don’t get sore anymore. And no buddy means no spotter so I guess lighter weight and more reps is the answer on that one.

Yeah people’s lack of gym etiquette can be frustrating. The worst are carrying dumbels, etc. across the gym and not returning them, or taking up equipment while messing with your phone and not letting someone work in.

Opposite, supersets save me time. I need 30-120sec rest between sets, if I did that for all my exercises I'd be nearly 2hr/workout. I get done in an hour or so because I will superset say lat pulldowns with incline bench.

Soreness is a terrible indicator of whether the workouts are effective. If your weight or amount of reps has plateaud though, then yeah exercises aren't demanding enough. Also measurements are another way to knowing if you're moving the needle.

But if you cruise through your workouts with 8 exercises and essentially no breaks it sounds like you're ready to push your weight up on the stuff you can do so safely.

I couldn’t hang with y’all lol. Would be terrible partners cause you’d have to remove plates so much for me when switching

    You have to start somewhere.
That's how I was when I first started working out with stevo. Putting on and taking off the plates is a workout also. Lol

And when chuck was here he worked out with us. He was way bigger than me, but we both lift about the same.

Yup, expanding too the guest bedroom wasn't enough, now it owns my dining nook and half my living room lol. I just got some better flooring coming in along with a new power rack and I should be able to finally get a leg press around black friday time is my plan

Some solid stuff there I’ve been wanting a home gym I will be reaching out to them when I have extra all going to mods. That workout I did for 10weeks a few years back. Had solid results lost some size in beach muscle areas but overall was better proportioned an lost about 5% body fat which I was happiest with.

Thanks for the share. That's interesting, looks like they copy all the Rogue stuff (which I'm fine with). I'll definitely go check them out before I pull the trigger on anything.

I do a sort of modified version of Stronglifts yeah

Got sick this week. Was supposed to re-set my PR's next week, but will probably have to push back my whole circuit another week or two now. Annoying

Funny story. Was running on the treadmill and “woke up” taking a knee on it and my hearing not working lol. Guess I haven’t been drinking enough water. That was a close call :anonymous:
