You should pick up that bedslide on Craigslist. The asking price isn't too bad. Been on there for a few weeks now so they might have some flex on the price.

That may have been on the radar if I had a long bed. Don't want to lose any more of the limited space I have back there, it gets stuffed to the hilt as it is when we go on vacation.

I hear ya. Wasn’t sure how much those side tool boxes limit your access to stuff near the cab, or if they do at all.

I only have the 1 Toolbox other side is open to grab stuff from the bed, 1 box isn't bad I could see 2 boxes making it tough to get bigger items back there.

I would say exterior paint and interior lining are great. I've had it over a year and paint looks as good as it did new including the black finish. Minor things that I noticed are the rough punch holes for drains in the window trim area, The rear window hatch trim not sealing very well at the tailgate and the large gap at the tailgate and bottom of the rear window hatch. I've recently added gaskets to the rear tailgate area that I hope will help lower the dust levels. Overall, I've been happy with the topper, just some minor detail stuff. Love the windoor, lighting and front window that opens for cleaning.

I would give it more time. I did not notice a big drop with the topper. I can still get close to 20 mpg with a good mix of hwy and city with 33 inch skinnies and mild lift and tune.

Mine is over 1 year old and i've not noticed any fading with paint or bedliner coating.

The dust thing is a big deal for me since I spend tons of time on dirt roads with lots of expensive hunting gear and my dogs in the back. I would definitely have to seal it well.

I think a lot of the brands have the same issue. I notice it after driving on dirt roads in Utah and Colorado. I just installed the ultimate tailgate seal and am going to get another gasket to seal tighter at the top of the tailgate. I think you can improve it a lot by doing a few things.

Hey, any chance I can get a look of the inside. I am interested in the tool box but curious what it does to the interior. Thanks

One box isn't an issue. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. The box overhangs the wheel well by maybe 3-4 inches.IMG_20180704_083216245.jpg IMG_20180704_083241377.jpg

Damn Brad now you’ve got me considering the 100RCC. I could get rid of my baby tool box and gain back some bed floor space. Where did you order yours and what was your OTD price?

Thank you! I was thinking 2 boxes or none, but now I think one is the way to go, but I would probably go driver side. Any particular reason you went passenger side?

Went passenger, so that if I had to access from a busy road I wouldn't be in traffic

Went and got a quote today. They had a snug top rebel ready to go. Drop down front slider and carpeted head liner, 2,300 otd. Is that about average?

    $2,200 for ARE overlander.

    $1,900 for leer 100r.

That sounds about right for a Snugtop Rebel. $1900 and change for the shell itself, $150 for the drop down window, $150 install costs, then tax. Ask your dealer if they have a “special of the month”. I got the pro-locks for free since that was what they were offering the month I got mine. Another option was the pet friendly screens for the side windows.

Does the tool box interfere with the front fold in glass window?
