1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

They're very comfortable, it's just a mercedes E-class chassis and trans with a mopar motor. It's my least hated of all their lineup.

 

Im sure they are nice cars. I would like a srt8 version. Or a srt8 magnum
But i only see black people ever drive 300s and they all look like drug dealers...

 

$40, plus $150 for the Fiberglass Tonneau. Lol.

I’m cutting the bed sides off, the deck on the bed is still perfect.

 

Well the tonneau is nice looking at least, without springing for fiberglass sides is a lot of work because you have to basically re-weld most of it back on

 

No he wasn’t pushing out just resting his head there because he was to lazy to hold it up

 

Eh. I know what I got myself into when I bought that thing. I’ll see how bad it is.

 

Cant you just bolt the sides on? Wheni looked at the seam in my bed it had holes knocked out for bolts but they welded it

 

I got a air hammer if you wanna borrow it lol. Would have to buy a chisel for it but i can get that if you wanna use it

 

It’s all pinch and button welded I think. 2nd gens have the bolt on fenders.

 

Yup only the front piece of our beds is bolted on for whatever reason

 

The whole deck of the 5-lug bed including the wheel liners are fubar. It’s beyond repair.

My plan is to remove the bedsides on the 5-lug bed, and re-weld them to the bed that I have.

Yes I know it’s hard and yes I’m a stubborn son of a bitch.

 

Or throw glass on the rear and some hella fat drag slicks and skinny tires up front

 

Fuck that would look awesome, put some 12 or 14in wide Hoosier or M/T slicks on there

KBB valued my W210 at $98. Hell no that thing is worth $2k.
