Here’s my “new” bed for my 5-lug. I’m going to be putting the good bedsides from that truck on the bed from this donor bed with a good deck.

There is a great write up on the 13WL conversion on T4R. I believe the guy returned the Napa calipers because the casting on the Napa ones were very rough compared to OEM.

Hard to say it seems - others have had good results - For less than $200 with a warranty and available in the timeframe I need them in, I'm not worried. @Timmah! used them in his 4runner big brake video and as far as I know his friend Jay has had good results. Update on how those are working out,Tim?

Welp... towns burning down so o figured I’d head for no service land.

Truck pulls the camper up the mountain fine so that’s good.

Oh they should be fine. I’m guessing it’s another one of those arguments with OEM vs. Aftermarket.

I’m running Baer Performance Slotted rotors, haven’t given me any issues.

I should just buy a house in Moab with all the off-roading that I do.

Alright, a little more tweaking. Truck may be ready next week! Minus paint and I still need to tub the front wheels wells to fully stuff the 35s

Had the shop drop in larger pins, apparently they've swapped out many of the latch setups with a pin setups as there have been many issues with the latches coming loose over time ect.. Also added a point for a heavy duty discus lock to secure anything I would put in the bed. Only way in would be to smash the camper shell side windows. So the coil-overs should also be safe from tampering. The lock would also act as a redundancy from anything opening up while on the road.

Table appears to works great too, can't want to get some use out of it!

Had to do some troubleshooting on the fuel tanks, guess my old pressure release valve was closed and so I was only able to take on half of what it should have.
Should be good now. It's actually pretty nice having direct access to the top of the tanks, just have to pull the cover. Would make swapping a bad fuel pump on the trail super easy.
Some people were also curious about the bedside bracing with the fiberglass to support the weight of the shell + RTT. Should hold up until I upgrade to a Go Fast Camper and can directly mount it off the bed cage/shock towers for a truly stout setup.

I got a good deal on pads and rotors on my 2nd gen a ways back - brembo rotors and hawk ceramic pads. Didn't notice a huge difference in braking... until the suspension kit I previously had on it came with stainless steel brake hoses - now that made a big difference.

Had sort of a tall list, last few days did the air filter, fuel filter, pads and rotors, trans mount and rtt finally mounted up and got to test it out. Love it so far, really quick set up, works perfect for us. Need to do the rack bushings and might be looking at some different front shocks/coils instead of the bilstein/ome combination

Oh yeah new brake lines make a huge difference. I’m running the LCE Tundra lines on my truck.
