I need something like that as well! I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get some 6 tonners
They do look cool! I like how they have a mechanical lock out. I dont think they would fit under the Supra though

    Edit: It's 4,000lbs, 3 ton, and 6 ton.

Are these to be used in place of a floor jack? I don't really see the attraction. One of the features of jack stands that I like the most is their dead simplicity. They won't hold unless properly latched. With these things I can see people relying on the hydraulic part to hold up the vehicle and not checking to make sure they are latched.

I'm very familiar with hydraulic jacks. seals go and they lose their oil. Now you truly only have a jack stand.

I think these are a neat idea, but they don't attract me.

I don't think I've ever seen one in my neck of the woods!

There's a floor jack at Princess Auto (our version of Harbour Fright, just crappier) that's on sale this week. I may take a peak at that one. It's 80 pounds though

I can't recall ever seeing a Manny, Moe, and Jack in the South. Kirk had some good points about making sure the lock is used :D

Finding an all in one to work for the Taco and the Supra would be a pain. I'm better off getting a floor low pro floor jack with 20+inch reach and some axle stands. Most cost effective IMO.

I feel you there! Car and truck parts aren't cheap!

Side note, earlier in the night I cut my knuckle with a box cutter, just a little sliver. Didnt hurt much but it sure did bleed. Couldn't get it to stop for the life of me. Where I work in a food safe environment i have to wash my hands often and that doesnt help. Plus I have to wear gloves all the time if I have a wound.

Anyway, on to the point of the story, i decided to use this "wound seal" powder stuff. I've used it before but holy hell it never hurt as bad as it did just then. But it did stop bleeding :D

It sounds like it. That stuff has a good sting to it. Especially if you put it on an ulcer in your mouth
You can also put it in some water and have someone put their hand in it.....it'll die their skin......ask me how I know
